We are reminded to take time to get in touch with our higher selves and some steps to do so include: 1) Sit quietly and breathe slowly, becoming aware of the quiet sound of your own breathing. 2) Be present in the moment and aware of the concept of healing. 3) Imagine yourself healed and whole. 4) Now step into the future with your newfound, healthy self.
